Void Gunner VR — Privacy Policy

Void Gunner VR (“the Game”) is a single-player virtual-reality wave shooter for Meta Quest. We designed it to collect as little as possible. This policy explains what the Game does and does not do with your data.

What we collect

Nothing is sent to us. The Game has no analytics, no tracking, no advertising SDKs, and no custom servers. Your scores, coins, settings and progress are stored only on your device (Android SharedPreferences) and never leave it.

Meta Platform services

The Game uses Meta’s standard platform services that you already agreed to when using your Quest:

• In-app purchases — optional coin packs are processed by the Meta Platform SDK. We never see or store your payment details; purchases are granted on-device. There is no operator webhook or external purchase reporting.
• Subscription (Gunner Pro Pass) — an optional auto-renewing monthly membership ($19.99/month) with a 7-day free trial. Billing, renewal, cancellation and the trial are handled entirely by Meta; we never see or store your payment details. The Game reads only your subscription status (whether it is active and its expiry) via the Meta Platform SDK to unlock the membership benefit (a monthly in-game coin stipend) on your device. You can cancel anytime from your Meta account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Leaderboards — if you choose to, your high score may be submitted to Meta’s leaderboard service for the Game. This is handled by Meta and governed by Meta’s privacy policy.

Your use of these services is also governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

Permissions

The Game requests only what VR gameplay needs: head/controller tracking, vibration (haptics), audio, and network access (used solely by Meta’s platform services). It does not access your files, photos, microphone, camera, contacts or location.

Third parties & data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third-party advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other companies. The Game has no data processors or service providers of our own. The only party that processes data in connection with the Game is Meta, and only for the first-party platform services you already use on your Quest (in-app purchases, the optional subscription, and leaderboards). That processing is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

Data retention & deletion

Your scores, coins, upgrades, settings, and subscription-benefit records are stored only on your device and are kept until you delete them. You can erase all of this at any time by uninstalling the Game, or via Settings → Apps → Void Gunner VR → Clear data on your headset — we retain no copy because none is sent to us.

Data held by Meta on your behalf (leaderboard entries, purchase and subscription history) is controlled through your Meta account and Meta’s data tools; you can request its deletion directly from Meta. If you have any question about your data, email us at ainhi0597@gmail.com and we will help.

Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the “last updated” date above will change. Material changes will be noted in the store listing.
